You will serve as a

JOINT EXERCISE PLANS & PROGRAM SPECIALIST

in the

TRAINING & EXERCISES DIRECTORATE

of

HEADQUARTERS US INDO-PACIFIC COMMAND.

Qualifications:

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Using data to develop scenarios to assist with planning and conducting joint exercises; 2) Applying analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to issues or studies related to the efficiency and effectiveness of program execution; 3) Developing new or modified work methods and processes for the execution and evaluation of assigned programs; 4) Overseeing mission analyses of strategic documents, identifying mission essential tasks, and developing POM budget requirements; 5) Recognizing potential problems and implementing corrective actions; 6) Communicating with management to brief and/or provide recommendations to them.
