This position oversees all DFS client services, including DFS Styling, the Professional Women's Group (PWG), and the Bella Project volunteer network. The Program Manager ensures that program activities—including suiting, job readiness, financial literacy, and job retention support—are delivered with quality, consistency, and alignment with YWCA Oʻahu mission to eliminate racism and empower women. Reporting to the Chief Program Officer, this role collaborates with internal and external partners to ensure DFS programs are well-coordinated, sustainable, responsive to community needs, and positioned for measurable impact.
