Network Administrator

We are seeking a Network Administrator / Associate IT Support Technician for a very important client. This role will support the maintenance, reliability, and day-to-day operations of the company's LAN, Wireless, WAN, voice, and data networks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with network and router installations , troubleshooting network/telephony issues, and supporting server systems in an enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with the maintenance and support of LAN, Wireless, WAN, voice, and data networks. Provide Level 1 support and troubleshooting for network, telephony, hardware, and software issues. Support the installation, maintenance, and management of network and telephony equipment, including: Routers LAN switches Wireless equipment Phones and voice systems Servers Backup systems Network management and diagnostic tools Assist with network/router installations, configurations, upgrades, and troubleshooting under supervision. Support network maintenance and system upgrades, including service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations. Help ensure day-to-day network reliability, performance, and integrity. Assist with server system support, performance monitoring, and capacity planning. Perform basic inventory management processes. Create and track equipment Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) through problem resolution. Document issues, resolutions, and support activity as needed. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. 3-6 years of relevant IT support, network administration, or network technician experience. Required hands-on experience with network installations, router installations, router troubleshooting, and network equipment support . Experience supporting LAN, WAN, Wireless, and enterprise voice/data networks. Strong understanding of routers, switches, wireless equipment, servers, and telephony systems. High level of experience with server systems. Advanced knowledge of server capacity planning, server performance, and server performance software support. Ability to troubleshoot basic network, hardware, software, and telephony issues. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical procedures under supervision. Good communication skills and ability to work with internal users and technical teams. Preferred Skills Experience with network diagnostic and monitoring tools. Experience supporting enterprise IT environments. Familiarity with backup systems, security configurations, and patch management. Experience handling IT equipment inventory and RMA processes. IND3

$32.00 - $36.00 per hour
