Job Description

Marvin is seeking an R D Program Coordinator to support innovation across our premium window, door, and skylight product portfolio. In this role, you will coordinate timelines, resources, and budgets for R D projects, ensuring milestones are met and information flows smoothly between engineering, manufacturing, and product teams. You'll maintain project documentation, track testing and validation activities, and prepare status reports for stakeholders. This position is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who enjoy organizing complex work, driving follow-through, and contributing to continuous improvement in a collaborative, people-first manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Coordinate schedules, resources, and budgets for R D projects Track milestones, risks, and dependencies across multiple initiatives Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and reports Support testing, validation, and product development workflows Facilitate communication between engineering, manufacturing, and product teams Prepare status updates and presentations for stakeholders Assist with process improvement and standardization efforts in R DEnsure projects align with safety, quality, and compliance standards Required Skills Program coordination Project scheduling Budget tracking Data analysis and reporting Manufacturing/R D process knowledge MS Project or similar tools Excel and data management Cross-functional collaboration Documentation and compliance Presentation and communication
