Summer Program Coordinator

Job Overview Mount Pleasant Childcare is dedicated to providing a fun, safe, and nurturing environment for children. Our summer program is designed to engage kids in exciting activities, outdoor play, and hands-on learning experiences. Duties We are seeking energetic and responsible individuals to join our summer program team! As a Summer Program Staff member, you will: Supervise and engage with children in various activities, including arts & crafts, sports, music, and outdoor play. Ensure a safe and positive environment for all participants. Assist in planning and leading age-appropriate activities. Support children's social and emotional development. Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and supervisors. Requirements Must be at least 18 years old. Experience working with children in a camp, daycare, or school setting is preferred. Enthusiastic, patient, and reliable. Ability to work as part of a team and follow program guidelines. CPR/First Aid certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain).
