Coordinator, High School Programs

The High School Programs Coordinator supports and oversees the daily operations of academies and concurrent enrollment programs. This role works collaboratively with high school partners, instructors, students, and internal college departments to ensure compliance with accreditation standards and the successful delivery of high-quality educational opportunities to area high schools. The Coordinator assists the Director in organizing courses, programs, events, and schedules; supporting instructors; maintaining required program documentation; and promoting IHCC programs and events to key stakeholders.

Relevant secondary or post-secondary experience such as classroom teaching, counseling, enrollment services or administration required. Provide day-to-day operational support for Academies, including instructor assistance, facilitation of student meetings, and communication with schools/districts. Provide support to new academy instructors throughout their first year to ensure a successful teaching experience. Assist with registration, orientations/tours, and onboarding for students, parents, and staff. Collaborate with school counselors to present IHCC concurrent enrollment options to students and coordinate degree completion processes for students graduating with an IHCC diploma while in high school Maintain positive communication with school personnel, parents, and students to support program needs and resolve inquiries. Assist in the creation and dissemination of marketing materials for high school program opportunities. Collaborate with other IHCC departments to support the coordination and execution of high school program events and summer programs for students and educators. Assist with collecting, compiling, and reporting program data as required for institutional and state reporting . Ensure compliance with accreditation and state requirement related to concurrent enrollment. Participate in conferences, statewide meetings, and professional development activities as needed. Maintain regular, reliable attendance and perform additional duties as assigned. Other duties as assigned.
