QUALIFICATIONS
Must be at least 15 years of age or older. Prefer candidates to have prior experience working with children and/or an interest in education or recreation as a possible career goal. Should have an outgoing personality with good interpersonal skills. DUTIES Under the direction and supervision of the Recreation Supervisor, the BACC Pack Program Leader is responsible for helping the Site Supervisor with the day to day planning, organizing, and implementing all aspects of BACC Pack. BACC Pack is the Fox Valley Park District's before & after school program for elementary school students of West Aurora School District. BACC Pack Leaders will be mainly responsible for interacting with the participants with P.E. games, crafts & teambuilding activities. This is an at-will position.
