Job Description
Overview Program Facilitators at The Foundation Academy LLC are responsible for leading, delivering a 36-hour program curriculum. These facilitators work directly with participants enrolled in the (youth, adults, or reentry) program to ensure the program's objectives are met while providing a positive and engaging learning experience. The role involves facilitating discussions, activities, workshops, and hands-on learning experiences, depending on the specific program's focus.
