Champaign, Illinois, United States Job Description Part-Time Summer Program Ambassador Hourly Rate:
$20.00 The Summer Program Ambassadors are on-campus, part-time, seasonal, grant-funded positions which may work between 19-27.5 hours per week based in Champaign, Illinois. Applications accepted through May 1, 2026 at 7PM CT Summer Start Program Ambassadors will support and guide high school students enrolled in our summer college and career prep programs. Ambassadors will be supervised by Staff Leaders within the program and will serve as positive role models, educate students about Parkland College, guide students to various program classes and assist instructors as needed. This position requires strong communication skills and professionalism, as Ambassadors will frequently interact with the public. Applicants must be available to work: Ambassador Orientation and Training | May 20 from 10:00 am- 3:00 pm Student/Parent Orientation | May 27 & May 28 from 5:00 pm
- 8:00 pm Summer Start Program | June 1 to June 11 from 8:45 am
