Overview As a Social Strategist, you will: Own the social strategy and day-to-day execution across specific large-scale brand channels, ensuring all content and engagement ladders up to broader business and campaign objectives Serve as the eyes and ears a large-scale brand, maintaining a constant pulse on culture, social trends, and platform moments and proactively bringing forward strategic opportunities for the brand to show up in relevant, timely ways Synthesize social listening data, community sentiment, and cultural conversation into clear insights and recommendations for the client and cross-functional teams Develop and present strategic social POVs to client team, confidently representing the agency's thinking and point of view Lead influencer strategy and identification for large-scale brand, driving influencer campaigns from partner selection through talent execution and performance reporting Serve as a key client-facing contact for influencer/social strategy across the IAT, proactively communicating opportunities and strategic recommendations Responsibilities Day-to-day, your role includes: Partnering closely with creative, media, and strategy teams across the IAT to align on social-first ideas and ensure seamless, integrated campaign execution for large-scale client Leading client communications and status touchpoints, including presenting social strategy, campaign recaps, and proactive cultural opportunities to the client team in a fast-paced, always-on environment Native scrolling daily across platforms, mining cultural moments and social trends to pitch proactive opportunities, UGC activations, and agile content ideas relevant to the client Qualifications We're looking for strong, impactful experience, which typically includes: A four-year degree 2-4 years of experience in social strategy, with a strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, platform fluency, and client-facing work. Please provide portfolio should you have one Working knowledge of social platforms (Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and their respective ad manager tools Experience working within an Integrated Agency Team (IAT) model, with comfort navigating cross-functional collaboration across disciplines and agency partners Proven influencer marketing experience, including end-to-end management of large-scale influencer campaigns across macro, mid-tier, and micro talent tiers Proficiency with social monitoring and listening tools (notably Sprout Social, Synthesio, or similar) You are the right person if you: Are genuinely passionate about social media, culture, and what makes brands relevant and beloved and bring that energy into every brief, meeting, and campaign Are highly organized with an extreme attention to detail Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and can pivot quickly without losing sight of strategy or quality Demonstrate grit and ownership Exude positivity Are confident speaking on behalf of the agency with clients, presenting strategic POVs and proactive ideas with clarity Can connect the dots between a cultural moment and a brand opportunity and move fast enough to make it happen Additional information Our Publicis Groupe motto "Viva La Différence" means we're better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. $66,120 - $91,350 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
