Your role:
The Global Corporate Services Program Manager assists in leading Vantive's worldwide facilities and security programs. The position focuses on program leadership, internal and external stakeholder alignment, project management, risk reduction, international outreach, and budget controls. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of global facilities, sustainability strategies, project management, business operations, and the ability to manage multiple programs and projects. A background in program and project initiatives is key, as is being highly organized, detail-focused, and globally oriented. What you'll be doing: Program Management Manage Vantive's global security and facilities program - coordinate and execute proactive security and facilities solutions across all sites Serve as an SME for construction projects, security standards, and provide solutions, develop policies, and optimize procedures for incident response programs
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement global security strategies in support of Vantive's business objectives, continuity requirements, and ESG standards.
Budgeting and Financial Analysis:
Manage security budgets, and streamline approval processes for global security program costs Negotiate security contracts, construction budgets, and other facility-related agreements
Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners Collaborate across the company to enhance business continuity and ESG tenets Provide guidance to mitigate physical security risks, enhance continuity operations, and oversee physical security readiness for events and global travel
Analysis and Research:
Develop and modernize risk and threat classification frameworks and standardize methodologies to facilitate effective evaluations Oversee the global security operations center Lead security optimization projects as assigned by leadership What You'll bring: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Construction Management, Political Science 5+ years of relevant experience in business operations and program management Advanced understanding of global operations and facilities, business trends, risk mitigation, regulations, project initiation and construction management Excellent negotiation, communication, program management, and interpersonal skills Vantive is committed to supporting the need for flexibility in the workplace. At Vantive, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $116,000 to $145,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
