Roles & Responsibilities :

Define program goals, success measures, roadmap, milestones, and governance cadence. Coordinate multiple projects and workstreams to achieve committed business outcomes. Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, and change control. Provide clear executive reporting on progress, decisions, risks, financials, and value realization. Partner with product, architecture, engineering, data, security, operations, and business leaders. Drive vendor coordination, delivery accountability, and continuous improvement. Ensure adherence to security, privacy, quality, and regulatory requirements. Generic Managerial Skills, If any Strong leadership, negotiation, financial management, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead globally distributed teams.
