full-timeJob Description:
We're partnering with a leading global manufacturing company to find a Program Manager who can lead large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives across North America. This is a hands-on, high-impact role driving alignment and execution across engineering, operations, finance, HR, and legal teams , ensuring that strategic programs are delivered on time, on budget, and with measurable business results. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex, matrixed environments and enjoys bringing structure and accountability to large, multi-workstream projects. You'll own program execution, not just oversight, and serve as the central connector between project sponsors, steering committees, and functional leaders. The first major initiative involves optimizing the North American operations network, including facility startups and shutdowns, distribution redesign, and large-scale capital investments. What You'll Do Lead enterprise-level programs from planning to delivery, managing multiple concurrent workstreams. Develop integrated project plans, critical paths, and dependencies across all functional areas. Maintain accountability for deliverables, proactively identifying and resolving risks. Build and track program budgets (often $10M-$200M+) and manage trade-offs. Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, finance, HR, legal, and manufacturing. Implement strong governance and progress reporting to senior leadership. Travel to regional sites as needed to support project execution. What We're Looking For 5-8+ years of program or project management experience in manufacturing, operations, or engineering-led environments. Proven success leading complex, multi-million-dollar programs from concept to completion. Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills - able to influence across all levels. Experience in financial and operational planning , risk management, and reporting. Proficiency with project management tools (PlanView, Excel, PMI or equivalent). Background in engineering, operations, or industrial management preferred. Why This Role High visibility and executive exposure - direct interaction with senior leaders. Opportunity to shape enterprise-wide initiatives and drive measurable transformation. Collaborative, fast-paced culture that values initiative and accountability. Strategic seat at the table with tangible business impact. If you're a driven, detail-oriented program leader who enjoys taking ownership and turning complex ideas into executable plans - this is an opportunity to make a significant impact in a growing, global organization.Similar remote jobs
