Our services include two residential programs for survivors aged 10-25, a comprehensive Mentor Program, a 24-hour crisis hotline, a program for survivor moms, and our newly launched therapy clinic, Compassionate Professional Counseling. Survivor Advocates have the opportunity to help survivors move toward growth, healing, and an independent future free from exploitation.
Educational Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent, at minimum
Additional Requirements:
Successful completion of all requirements by the Department of Child and Family Services, including background screening and eligibility to transport children. All DCFS paperwork and driver eligibility requirements (valid IL driver's license) must be kept current and updated during all times of employment to serve in this role.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide input to the care team about individualized goals for each program participant Assist in the development and implementation of individual treatment goals for program participants Maintain notes in the daily log book regarding daily interactions and interventions of each program participant Facilitate growth of program participants through scheduled daily activities, including bedtimes if responsible for overnight shifts Take program participants to appointments and accompany them on outings Apply the use of CPI and trauma informed therapy techniques with program participants Attend scheduled staff meetings/trainings Comply with all security protocols Our homes provide around-the-clock support for survivors of sex trafficking. We are currently hiring for these specific shifts: Monday 11:00pm-7:00am Thursday 3:00pm-11:00pm Friday 3:00pm-11:00pm Friday 11:00pm-7:00am Saturday 11:00pm-7:00am Please note: Benefits are only available to full-time employees after a waiting period.

$20.00 per hour
