Job Description

Brain Balance of Naperville is looking for a Program Director to lead program delivery, student outcomes, and our coaching team at our new Naperville center. Brain Balance is a neuro-rehabilitation program for kids with ADHD, Sensory Processing Disorder, Dyslexia, Autism, and other neurobehavior / neurodevelopmental disorders. Our process is completely revolutionary and different from conventional therapies for these kids and can be a total game changer for them to experience breakthroughs they have never experienced before. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves working with children and families, enjoys developing people, and wants the opportunity to help build a new center and culture from the ground up. The Program Director will work closely with our Founding Center Director and serve as the center's programmatic execution leader. You may come from education, child development, psychology, coaching, therapeutic services, or another developmental environment. More important than having followed one specific career path is your ability to lead people, connect with families, learn the Brain Balance methodology, and take ownership of results. What You'll Do Oversee and execute student assessments and individualized programming plans Work directly with students ranging from age 4 through adulthood Monitor student progress and help ensure strong program outcomes Ensure consistent delivery of Brain Balance programs and standards Recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and develop our coaching team Coaching staff may report directly into the Program Director based on experience Observe coaching sessions and provide ongoing feedback and support team Build trusted relationships with parents and communicate student progress monthly Maintain accurate student records and program documentation Own program-related performance measures, including student outcomes, re-enrollment, and parent satisfaction Partner with the Founding Center Director on staffing, operations, and the overall family experience Who We're Looking For 2+ years of experience working with children or adults in an educational, therapeutic, coaching, developmental, or related setting Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, training, or developing others Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, child development, PT, OT, or a related field is preferred, but we also welcome candidates with strong relevant professional experience. Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills Comfortable using data and observations to guide decisions Positive, hands-on leader who combines empathy with accountability Able to work on-site in Naperville, including regular afternoon/evening hours Able to successfully complete required background screening and child-safety requirements Why Join Brain Balance of Naperville? Regular afternoon and evening availability is required because these are peak student program hours. Occasional weekend availability may be required for center activities, training, or other business needs. Periodic travel may be required for Brain Balance training or professional development. This is an active center environment. The Program Director regularly moves throughout the center and may demonstrate or participate in program exercises with students. $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
