Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing clinical supervision, support, training, and overall skill development, manage and monitor workloads of staff, participate in Child and Family Team Meetings, attend required training and meetings and may provide some direct service if coverage is needed.
Requirements include:
Masters Degree in Social Work or a related field required. Experience in a child welfare agency is preferred. Child Welfare License preferred. Must have a valid IL driver's license and good driving record Must be willing to work flexible hours and be available for emergencies. Requires sensitivity and responsiveness to the cultural differences in the staff and client population. Hephzibah Children's Association is an equal opportunity employer.
