Overview The Integration Program Manager is accountable for coordinating and driving the endtoend integration of 22 distinct Accretive agencies across the GGB Americas platform . This role sits at the center of execution-ensuring discovery insights are translated into integrated plans, workstreams are aligned, and integrations progress with speed, discipline, and minimal disruption to the business. This role operates within an established integration strategy and governance model. How you'll make an impact Own the daytoday execution, coordination, and delivery discipline for the GGB Americas Accretive integration program-balancing discovery, sequencing, and execution across multiple agencies while protecting revenue, client continuity, and frontline operations. Integration Discovery & Planning Lead and coordinate integration discovery efforts across all acquired Accretive agencies, ensuring operational, technology, financial, and people impacts are clearly understood. Translate discovery outputs into integrated execution plans , accounting for agencyspecific complexity, readiness, and constraints. Sequence integration activity realistically across agencies to reflect capacity, risk, and business priorities. ProgramLevel Execution Management Own the integrated program plan covering all agencies, tracks, dependencies, and milestones (Day1, Day30, Day90, stabilization). Ensure delivery across agencies remains aligned to program objectives, timing, and operating assumptions. Monitor execution closely and intervene early where risks, slippage, or conflicts emerge. Oversight of Integration Track PMs Provide direction, coordination, and oversight to Integration Track PMs assigned to functional or agencyspecific workstreams. Review and challenge tracklevel plans, timelines, and resourcing to ensure consistency and feasibility. Act as the primary escalation point for Track PM issues before they rise to the IMO Lead. Dependency, Risk & Issue Management Identify and actively manage crossagency and crosstrack dependencies that could slow integrations or create downstream risk. Maintain a consolidated view of risks, issues, and decisions required-resolving where possible and escalating decisively when needed. Ensure risks related to business continuity, regulatory requirements, and operational stability are surfaced early. Stakeholder Communication & Reporting Serve as the primary executionlevel point of contact for integration stakeholders. Provide clear, concise programlevel updates focused on progress, risks, dependencies, and decision needs. Support IMO leadership with integrated reporting and executiveready summaries. Business Continuity & Stability Partner with Track PMs and Specialty/Accretive leaders to ensure integration activity does not disrupt producers, clients, or revenue flow. Monitor operational load across agencies and flag capacity constraints or stabilization risks early.
About You Required:
Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance. Minimum 6 years of insurance brokerage systems experience or equivalent; experience as a Brokerage Controller or Brokerage Operations Manager or equivalent area of responsibility highly desirable. Intermediate skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Working knowledge of MS Project preferred. Ability to learn and become proficient in EPIC and various Insurance Agency Management Systems. Proven experience managing complex, multiworkstream initiatives or programs. Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid; Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira) Skills for Success Demonstrated ability to translate highlevel objectives into executable, integrated plans. Strong dependency, risk, and issue management capability across parallel efforts Clear, structured communicator able to align diverse stakeholders. Strong problemsolving skills; able to assess tradeoffs and recommend pragmatic solutions. Leadership & Ways of Working Leads through coordination and influence in a highly matrixed environment. Brings structure, clarity, and cadence to complex, overlapping integration work. Demonstrates sound judgment under pressure and comfort managing ambiguity across diverse agencies. #LI-DNI Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position.
