Required Skills and Experience10+ years of experience leading large, complex, multi-million-dollar IT programs, ideally in a professional services or systems integration environmentProven ability to operate and influence at the C-suite level, translating technical complexity into clear business outcomesStrong track record of end-to-end program delivery, from client vision and solution shaping through execution and value realizationDeep expertise in program governance, financial management (cost, margin, forecasts), scope control, and change managementExperience managing multi-stream, multi-vendor programs with complex interdependencies and integrated delivery plansAdvanced risk and issue management capabilities in high-ambiguity environmentsStrong resource strategy leadership, including staffing, capability alignment, and optimization across workstreamsProven ability to establish and evolve program operating models aligned to customer maturity and delivery contextData-driven program leadership, including use of KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting to inform decisionsAbility to lead within dynamic, fast-paced environments while maintaining focus on outcomes and commitmentsAgile & Tooling (Required)Expert-level Scrum Master capability, with experience driving Agile delivery at scale (multi-team / program-level), including coaching teams and enforcing Agile governanceAdvanced proficiency in JIRA (and related tooling) for backlog management, dependency tracking, sprint execution, and program-level reporting and visibilityTechnical & Domain Leadership (Required)Strong technical credibility across enterprise IT environments, including:
