The Office of Professional Advancement is seeking qualified part-time Program Educators for the Professional Coaching Certificate Program. We are looking for experienced professionals who are passionate about coaching, adult education, and professional development.
Minimum Qualifications Applicants must possess:
A master's degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Organizational Leadership, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Executive Coaching, or related disciplines A current coaching certification from a recognized and accredited coaching organization A minimum of 10 years of professional teaching and industry experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Responsibilities Program Educators are responsible for: Delivering engaging and interactive instruction Facilitating coaching practice sessions and participant assessments Providing mentoring, guidance, and constructive feedback Maintaining current knowledge of coaching trends, ethics, and industry standards Supporting participant professional growth and skill development Additional Requirements Reliable internet access and the ability to teach remotely via Zoom Strong facilitation and presentation skills Experience working with adult learners in professional or academic settings preferred These are part-time staff positions. Please note that appointments and course assignments are contingent upon student enrollment, program needs, and available funding.
