TESTING COORDINATOR
(2 positions)
LHS & VHHS
Overview:
The Testing Coordinator collaborates with district and school administration in the planning and implementation of local, state and national assessments given at their designated high school. This position works directly with the Assessment Accommodations Coordinator in registering all students for testing as well as supporting other responsibilities related to testing. While these positions will collaborate routinely, one position will focus on and partner with Libertyville High School and one position will focus on and partner with Vernon Hills High School. Reports to: Assistant Principal for Operations

Calendar:
Ten-Month Employee, 7:30am - 4:00pm Up to 20 additional flexible summer workdays Availability to attend and support national ACT/SAT testing on designated Saturdays throughout the year
Qualifications:
Education and experience equivalent to high school graduation
Professional/Personal Characteristics:
Previous experience in an educational setting preferred Excellent organizational skills and time management skills Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently under varying deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to identify sensitive information and maintain confidentiality Proficient with Google G-Suite, office and phone equipment Knowledge of or desire to learn about various testing company procedures and processes for obtaining reasonable & appropriate testing accommodations for students who qualify
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinates the testing ACT and College Board registration processes for all students, including the submission of all required documentation with high level of accuracy and maintains complete and accurate records for all test events, including but not limited to ACT, SAT, College Board, Access, NMSQT and testing for the Seal of Biliteracy (AAPPL, STAMP, ALTA) Collaborates with district and building staff, including the Assessment & Accommodations Coordinator to coordinate testing for all state, district & school-wide testing Reviews and remains up-to-date on the most current requirements and testing procedures to maintain compliance with test administration Develops schedules, room assignments, and rosters and collaborates in the assignment of, communication with, and training of testing staff for all testing situations in partnership with appropriate building staff Supports the provision of technology needed for the administration of testing in partnership with relevant staff Works with testing companies and district/building testing staff to order, receive, verify, distribute, collect and pack all testing materials in accordance with security and test integrity requirements, including handling irregularity issues when necessary Reviews and remains up-to-date on the most current requirements and testing procedures to maintain compliance with test administration Supports communication and coordination with relevant feeder district staff on identifying appropriate for 8th grade placement testing Supports Administration in maintaining an annual timeline to organize, complete and communicate with stakeholders regarding testing events and district surveys Supports standardized test preparation programming, including communication, facility coordination, and related logistics. Other duties as assigned that support the Administration, student services and the provision of testing
