Job Description
Interim Program Manager - Community Living New Horizons is looking for a Program Manager. The Program Manager will work closely with the Director and other Managers to lead the Department. The Program Manager will oversee Team Leads and Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with disabilities to grow, develop skills, and live as independently as possible. The Program Manager will have good communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent organization and attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and its employees. Job Qualifications Eighteen (18) Years of Age or older High School Diploma or GED required - some college preferred Valid Driver's License Additional Information Drug Test required Background report and driving record required TB test required Schedule Interim Position Full-Time Schedule. Hours will vary
