Over 20,000 Students 10 Campuses Competency Based Education Online LPN Program Coordinator Description South College invites applications for the position of LPN Program Coordinator for the School of Nursing at the South College Indianapolis Campus. The LPN Program Coordinator reports to the Associate Dean of Nursing and is responsible for supervising all aspects of the Certificate in Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) program, including the organization, administration, continuous review, planning, compliance, development, implementation, and general effectiveness, including instructor supervision. Responsibilities Teach in his/her assigned area Work with faculty to promote continuous improvement of the quality of instruction Faculty training and development Coordination and administration of the academic program for achievement of student outcomes. Requirements Education Minimum of an earned Master of Science degree in Nursing Licensure Hold an unrestricted RN license to practice in IN or in one of the eNLC compact states. Experience Experience teaching at the post-secondary level
Preferred Experience:
Experience in academic administration is a plus. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills that inspire others.
