This position provides overall clinical management of assigned High Fidelity Wraparound referrals and cases in our Child & Family Services Division.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Provide on-going clinical management for all High Fidelity Wraparound referrals/cases. 2. Maintain WF credentialing as required by the state of Indiana and comply with the High Fidelity Wrap model currently being endorsed by the state. 3. Coordinate with necessary Southwestern Behavioral staff and other agencies/organizations on behalf of coordinating care and services for clients and their families who are engaged in the Wraparound Facilitation program. 4. Ensure compliance with all Southwestern policies and procedures including clinical billing and documentation. 5. Commit to annual professional and skills development opportunities. 6. Collect and report pertinent data as required by the state. Utilize data to ensure quality services are being provided. 7. Demonstrate the ability to assess and respond to psychiatric emergent situations. 8. Maintain documents and submit reports according to established time frames. 9. Attend and participate in regular staff meetings. 10. Facilitate child and family team meetings in accordance with High Fidelity Wrap model. 11. Participate in ongoing skills training and development activities as assigned to enhance job performance.
OTHER ACTIVITIES
1. Provide consultation and education activities to community and professional groups as needed. 2. Maintain contact with other service providers, community agencies, schools and civic organizations to enhance community awareness and public relations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Criminal Justice or other related degree with two or more years of clinical experience with youth. Qualifies as an Other Behavioral Health Professional (OBHP), as defined in 405 IAC 5-21.5-1(d). Certification by the state of Indiana as a Wrap Facilitator is preferred. Minimum of five years of experience in working with Seriously Emotionally Disturbed (SED) children and families preferred. Prior Wrap Facilitation experience preferred. Successful completion of DMHA and OMPP-approved training and certifications for CMHW services is required. Eligibility for certification as a CANS SuperUser is necessary. Should have obtained or be in the process of obtaining Wraparound Practitioner Certification in accordance with DMHA policy. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential. A valid driver's license is required. Must obtain and maintain membership in the Southwestern Clinical Staff Organization (CSO). NAPPI (Non-Abusive Physical and Psychological Intervention) certification must be obtained and maintained. Candidates must pass required background checks including county/state checks, fingerprinting, CPS check, sex offender registry check and drug screen.
