Sevita seeks a Program Director of Program Management to lead complex health and community-based service initiatives. In this role, you'll oversee a portfolio of programs supporting individuals with diverse needs, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care. You will manage budgets, timelines, and performance metrics, align cross-functional teams, and drive process improvements. Partner with clinical, operations, and community stakeholders to meet regulatory standards and outcomes goals. Responsibilities Lead a portfolio of home and community-based health and social service programs to achieve quality, safety, and outcome targets. Develop, manage, and report on program budgets, timelines, and performance metrics. Align and coordinate cross-functional teams across clinical, operations, and administrative functions. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, payer requirements, and internal policies. Analyze program data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process and quality improvement. Drive person-centered, culturally responsive practices in all programs under oversight. Recruit, mentor, and develop program managers and team leads, fostering a collaborative culture. Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including families, payers, and community agencies.
