$29.02-$32.23/hour based on education and position related experience. Longevity pay after 3 years.

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operation of Work Release, electronic monitoring, community transition program, coordination of programs, and supervising assigned staff.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Associate's degree in criminal justice, social work, or behavioral science required, Bachelor's degree and supervisory experience preferred Thorough knowledge of treatment programs and services available to participants from other government, social, and private agencies with ability to maintain and apply knowledge of evidence-based practices and cognitive based curriculum Excellent organizational, communication skills and a sound knowledge of office procedures and practices Ability to supervise and direct assigned staff Pre-employment background check and drug screen Elkhart County Human Resources 117 N.
