Typical Schedule :
This is a part time position to begin July 2026.
Purpose:
The Assistant Director serves as the Center s primary Program Implementation specialist, responsible for operationalizing partnership agreements and implementing high-impact programs that drive workforce development and certifications. As the CLPE expands into a premier Professional Development Hub, the AD will ensure the seamless delivery of, certifications, and dual-credit programs across four key audiences: high school students, traditional undergraduates, adult learners, and corporate partners.
Essential Job Duties:
1.
Program Implementation & Growth Operationalize Frameworks:
Take established agreements with partners and 3rd-party providers to implement for program launch.
Provider Coordination:
Act as the primary point of contact for external content providers to ensure delivery meets Holy Cross standards.
Certification Management:
Oversee the scheduling, registration, and delivery of certifications, including Microsoft Excel, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, AI Literacy and others as necessary.
Dual-Credit Support:
Coordinate the logistical requirements for dual-credit pathways with regional high schools to ensure credit-bearing programs run efficiently.
Data Management:
Oversee the collection, aggregation, and analysis of participant data to support grant reporting requirements and internal strategic decision-making.
Platform Management:
Manage the operational interface between 3rd-party learning platforms and Holy Cross systems, ensuring enrollees have seamless access to digital course materials and certifications. 2.
Cross Departmental Collaboration Internal Liaison:
Work closely with the College s Registrar, Academic Affairs, and Administrative units to ensure coordination and compliance for CLPE offerings on campus. 3.
Instruction & Quality Assurance Occasional Instruction:
Directly manage or instruct specific modules within the CLPE portfolio as needed, particularly in areas of leadership and professional skills. 4.
Event Coordination & Program Promotion CLPE Signature Events:
Lead the logistical execution of signature CLPE events, including community breakfasts, the CLPE Leadership Forum, and industry networking sessions for professional development participants.
Enrollee Engagement:
Coordinate high-impact on-campus visits and immersion experiences for all CLPE audiences, including high school dual-credit students, adult learners, and corporate training cohorts.
Promotion & Outreach Support:
Assist the Executive Director in implementing targeted marketing and recruitment strategies to increase program visibility and drive enrollment across regional and national verticals.
Logistics Management:
Manage all venue, catering, and material requirements for CLPE-hosted functions, ensuring a seamless and welcoming "Unreasonable Hospitality" experience for every visitor and partner.
Minimum Education, Skills, and Ability:
Entrepreneurial Mindset:
Proven ability to thrive in a high-growth, "startup" environment; must be a self-motivated problem-solver who adapts quickly to shifting market demands and proactively identifies opportunities for growth and improvement.
Project Management Expertise:
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects from concept to completion (Certification in Project Management preferred).
Operational Excellence:
Experience in educational administration, corporate training logistics, or program management.
Collaborative Mindset:
Exceptional ability to work across departments without direct reporting authority to achieve shared goals. Deep commitment : Knowledge of the Holy Cross charism of "educating hearts and minds" and the ability to weave ethical decision-making into professional training.
