LifeSpring Health Systems is seeking a Wraparound Facilitator for our Western & Eastern Divisions. This position can be located out of any of our offices in the service area of Dubois, Spencer, Perry, Orange, Washington, Scott, and Crawford Counties in Indiana.

This position requires:

A Bachelor's degree, with 2 or more year's clinical experience; OR A Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, nursing, or other related field, with 2 or more years clinical experience. AND Must have 2 years' experience working with or caring for SED youth. Needed competencies include proficiency in working with SED youth and their families, strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills for partnering with teams of professionals, linking clients to needed resources, and documenting services in an EMR. Travel is required for occasional training and regular meetings within the community. Ability to pass a DCS background check is required.
