Responsibilities Develop, implement, and evaluate community programs focused on public health, addiction counseling, or social services. Recruit, train, supervise and motivate volunteers to support program activities and outreach initiatives. Lead public speaking engagements to promote programs, raise awareness, and foster community partnerships. Manage marketing efforts through social media platforms and other channels to increase visibility and engagement. Collect and analyze data related to program participation, outcomes, and community needs to inform continuous improvement. Oversee fundraising activities by supporting grant writing efforts and donor outreach to sustain program growth. Maintain administrative records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and funding requirements. Qualifications Proven experience in volunteer management, supervising teams or staff in a community or organizational setting. Strong background in program development, project management, or social work with a focus on public health or addiction counseling. Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively. Demonstrated ability to develop marketing strategies and manage social media accounts for outreach purposes. Experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting to measure program success. Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaborative environments. Skilled in administrative tasks such as recruiting volunteers/staff, organizing events, and maintaining records. Prior experience in fundraising activities including grant writing or donor relations is desirable.
