Job Description

The American Board of Family Medicine is looking for a qualified professional to join the Examination Team. This position is part of a team responsible for assisting physicians through the entire process for all ABFM exams. The ideal Examination Program Coordinator will work well independently, as a part of a team, with other ABFM departments, and external vendors/partners. This position requires an ability to understand complex physician issues and then apply ABFM policy fairly and compassionately. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Management of a portion of the alphabet for Family Medicine candidates (one-day exam and longitudinal assessment) Management of one or more Added Qualifications; Knowledge of others as backup support Respond to physician requests for records updates, CME records, and other data-related items as needed Provide elevated support during examination windows Occasional travel for conferences Other responsibilities as assigned Knowledge and Skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Detail and solution-oriented approach to challenges Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Dynamics 365 (CRM) and Teams Basic knowledge of ABFM exam requirements Qualifications and Experience Minimum 2 years of customer support experience Self-motivated; can work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Education Required College degree required Compensation Salary commensurate with experience. Pay:
$45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
