Shift Days (Typically Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm), some evenings/weekends. Job Summary The Human Development Institute ( HDI ) at the University of Kentucky is Kentucky's Center on Disability. HDI is seeking to fill a Disability Program Coordinator position. This role provides operational, analytical, and coordination support to the Executive Director and Executive Leadership Team for the Institute. The responsibilities of the position include: Leads and coordinates institute-wide operational and program activities for executive leadership, including scheduling, directives tracking, and stakeholder follow-up. Analyzes and manages programmatic and operational data. Coordinates disability-related programs and projects by tracking timelines, deliverables, and documentation and supporting day-to-day operations. Supports compliance and process improvement. Coordinates stakeholder communications for disability programs, ensuring materials are clear, accessible, and aligned with institutional standards.
