Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs. Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes. Coordinates the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract. Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. Establishes design concepts, criteria and engineering efforts for product research, development, integration and test. Develops new business or expands the product line with the customer. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing and administrative areas. Basic Qualifications 8+ years of related experience with a post-secondary degree or training in a related discipline (or equivalent experience) Proven experience managing the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serving as liaison between project management, planning, project teams, and line management Demonstrated expertise in coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection, training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary administration, and recognition/disciplinary actions Skills in overseeing project status, budgets, schedules, and preparing status reports Ability to monitor project issues, develop resolutions, and establish mechanisms for monitoring project progress and problem-solving with project managers, line managers, and clients Desired Skills Proven experience managing the integration of data-centric organizational frameworks and initiatives Expertise in change management using ADKAR methodology to drive organizational adoption and transformation Experience overseeing the integration of new systems designed to enable data access, transparency, and reporting Working knowledge of AI systems, SAP tool sets, and RFID technology as applied to operational project management and data optimization

Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
