Role:
Responsible for the dedicated management and operational oversight of a single customer program, focusing on customer service, team leadership to ensure efficient service delivery. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in program management, customer service, and team leadership to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.Your Impact:
Program Management:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of a customer program, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain strong relationships and resolve customer issues.Operational Efficiency:
Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs within the program.Team Management:
Directly manage, develop, and support the team responsible for delivering services to the customer, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Performance Metrics:
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure program goals are met.Issue Resolution:
Identify and address operational issues within the program, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.Compliance:
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all program activities.
Financial Management:
Support P&L, revenue, and profit targets under leadership guidance.About You:
The Skills & Expertise You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 7 years of related experience.- Management experience in Technology or Professional Services industry.
- Previous P&L responsibility, prior experience in a customer service environment.
- Customer Success experience preferred.
- Requires up to 50% travel (valid drivers license and acceptable driving record necessary).
- Requires leadership ability, strong interpersonal and communications skills, and public speaking skills. We are providing the anticipated base salary range for this role: $77,180
- 105,980 annually.
