With a heart for transforming lives, we serve individuals and families across the Commonwealth through a full continuum of care, from residential treatment to outpatient services and recovery support . www.isaiah-house.org We are seeking a dedicated and dependable Recovery Housing Manager to help oversee the daily operations and programs within our Recovery Housing communities. This role is responsible for promoting a safe, stable, supportive, and recovery-focused environment for residents while providing leadership and support to Recovery Housing staff. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping individuals build a strong foundation for long-term recovery while ensuring housing operations are consistent with organizational policies, program expectations, and the mission of Isaiah House. Key Responsibilities Help create and maintain a safe, supportive, structured, and recovery-focused environment where residents can continue building a strong foundation for long-term recovery and success. Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision to Recovery Housing staff, including assigning responsibilities, coordinating schedules, providing guidance, and supporting staff development. Oversee daily operations of Recovery Housing properties to ensure programs and services run smoothly, safely, and consistently. Build positive, professional relationships with residents while providing encouragement, accountability, guidance, and support throughout their recovery journey. Monitor resident participation, program compliance, progress, and overall status while addressing concerns and recognizing achievements and milestones. Coordinate and track required drug screenings and maintain accurate and timely program documentation. Conduct and coordinate routine property walkthroughs, inspections, and other safety and compliance checks. Respond appropriately to critical incidents and emergency situations and promptly communicate concerns to appropriate leadership. Coordinate resident transportation to employment, recovery meetings, groups, church, appointments, and other approved activities, when applicable. Assist with coordinating resident transitions, including move-ins, move-outs, and transfers between Recovery Housing properties. Coordinate food, household supplies, and other property needs, as applicable. Maintain accurate records related to resident participation, program requirements, disciplinary actions, schedules, and other required tracking. Coordinate participant schedules and requirements for applicable programs, including the Continuum of Care (C.O.C.) Program. Manage resident communication platforms and ensure important program information, schedules, and expectations are communicated clearly and consistently. Collaborate with other Isaiah House departments and community partners to support resident progress and continuity of services. Mentor and develop direct reports through ongoing feedback, coaching, and opportunities for professional growth and advancement. Assist with planning and supporting Isaiah House graduations, celebrations, and other recovery-focused events. Support grant-related requirements, documentation, tracking, and program activities associated with Recovery Housing. Promptly communicate resident concerns, property issues, safety concerns, and other significant matters to Recovery Housing leadership. Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of residents, staff, and the Recovery Housing program.
