Job Summary The Coordinator for Institutional Support is essential in providing administrative and logistical support to ensure the smooth operation of institutional activities that strengthen and promote the growth of online programs. The coordinator will assist the
Title III Activity:
Enhancing Online Instruction by supporting the activity by providing organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Job Duties & Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to support efficiency with online faculty training and data collection, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence. Maintain and organize files and records related to online learning activities. Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other communication materials. Collect, analyze, and maintain data related to online training activities and performance metrics. Maintain departmental inventories. Managing the Title III budget (processing requisitions and tracking expenditures) Complete all Title III reporting (APR, Quarter, and Monthly Reports) Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of events. Monitor and track faculty registrations, attendance, and completion rates for trainings on online instruction. Maintain accurate records of participant's progress, feedback, and evaluations. Perform other support functions, related duties and special projects as assigned by the Activity Director for theTitle III Activity:
Enhancing Online Instruction.Qualifications Minimum:
Bachelor's degree Previous experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within an educational or institutional setting. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to multitask and work independently as part of a team.Preferred:
Minimum of 2 years higher education experience. Experience collecting data and analyzing data. Supplemental Information Applications without the following will not be considered complete.
