Value Analysis Coordinator Willis Knighton Health - 2.7 Shreveport, LA Job Details Full-time 1 hour ago Qualifications Employee relationship building Research Full Job Description Value Analysis Coordinator Willis Knighton Health, Materials Management Department is looking for a Value Analysis Coordinator to join a fast-paced, dynamic team. The mission is to put the best goods and services in the hands of our clinicians in a fiscally responsible manner. Value Analysis Coordinator will identify cost-saving opportunities, evaluate products and services, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to optimize organizational efficiency and standardization. This involves preparing reports, analyzing data, and identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. Furthermore, the job requires becoming an integrated part of Value Analysis Committees. We are looking for an outgoing, energetic, detail-oriented, self-starter with strong analytical problem-solving and data interpretation skills with in-depth knowledge of clinical/nursing activities and or products. The value analysis coordinator reports directly to the Corporate Director for Value Analysis & Surgical Services with dotted line responsibilities to the Corporate Director for Materials Management. Core Responsibilities Research products, obtain samples, and drive evaluation efforts comparing patient safety, quality, and total cost. Collaborate with clinical leaders, physicians, nursing staff, and vendors throughout the evaluation life cycle to ensure informed decision-making and adherence to approved processes. Advocates for product and service standardization and works to support continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires strong relationship-building skills, collaborating with internal departments, clinicians, educators, and contract specialists. The VAC prepares agendas, meeting materials, summaries, and action item follow-ups to support decision-making. Skills and Competencies 3 years of related experience Analytical problem-solving and data interpretation skills Strong communication and collaboration across clinical and operational teams Knowledge of supply chain, procurement, and healthcare operations is preferred. Nursing or clinical experience is preferred.
