Job Description
Position Responsibilities:
Rotate positions every 12-18 months Develop and execute projects and process plans, implement policies/procedures, and set operational goals Acquire resources for projects and processes, provide technical management of suppliers and lead process improvements Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes Manage, develop and motivate the teams that you are leading Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Currently enrolled in, or a graduate of the Tauber Institute for Global Operations at the University of Michigan Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course "Exploring Leadership." Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Experience supporting business operations (or a similar position) for a global organization Experience collaborating across functions and organizational levels Experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, collaborators, peers, partners and direct reports Experience in a role that required excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to constantly evolving prioritiesConflict of Interest:
