Pardot Consultant

Robert Half's client is seeking a Part-Time Pardot (Salesforce Account Engagement) Consultant for a 3-month contract. This is a remote, 10 - 20 hour-per-week assignment; candidates must be able to meet during eastern (EST) hours. The Pardot Consultant will leverage Salesforce Account Engagement to improve audience engagement, automate communications, boost conversion rates, and empower internal stakeholders to maximize CRM-driven marketing. They will set up new campaigns while also creating documentation for future internal use.

Design and optimize automated drip campaigns for new campaigns Build Account Engagement pathways for email journeys Develop interactive, mobile-responsive email templates using best practicesImplement segmentation strategies for targeted messagingAnalyze campaign performance and optimize based on key metricsEnhance Salesforce reporting and dashboard capabilitiesBuild and support engagement pathways for events and partnershipsApply best practices in Salesforce/Pardot administration and deliverabilityRecommend new engagement channels such as SMS and texting platformsCreate and deliver documentation, training, and adoption resources for staffSupport the expansion of CRM usage across departments
