Adult Day Treatment Center Location:
Adult Day Treatment Center Hours:
Up to 20 hours/week (Relief/As Needed)
Salary Range:
$21.00/hour

What You'll Do:
The Relief Group Leader supports the Adult Day Treatment Center by facilitating therapeutic programming and promoting engagement among persons served on an as-needed basis. Group Facilitation & Direct Support Facilitate therapeutic groups that are process-based, expressive, activity-focused, and skill-building in nature Encourage participation, socialization, and positive peer interactions within the treatment environment Support individuals in engaging with programming and achieving treatment goals Assist with implementing therapeutic interventions and activities as directed Documentation & Communication Complete daily therapeutic group notes to support clinical documentation requirements Communicate observations and concerns to the clinical team in a timely and professional manner Participate in supervision and team meetings as required Program Support & Compliance Complete all required BAMSI and Adult Day Treatment Center trainings Follow all agency and program policies and procedures Maintain safety standards and utilize universal precautions as required Perform additional duties as assigned by the
Program Director What You Bring:
Education & Experience Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field preferred OR Minimum of five (5) years of experience working in a mental health setting Skills & Qualifications Ability to facilitate engaging therapeutic and psychoeducational groups Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to build rapport with adults receiving behavioral health services Strong organizational and documentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Additional Requirements Valid driver's license in state of residence required Reliable transportation required Ability to work flexible, as-needed hours based on program needs
