The Engagement Lead plays a critical role in ensuring hospital clients experience REDi as a trusted partner throughout the full lifecycle of the relationship.

This role exists to: Guide rural hospital and clinic relationships from engagement launch through ongoing partnership, ensuring clients receive exceptional support, measurable value, and a clear path forward for continued improvement and expanded collaboration.
You will be responsible for:
Serving as the bridge between REDis internal expertise and the hospitals and health facilities we support - building trust, driving execution, and helping hospital leaders move from insight to action with confidence. You will also both teach the improvement process and guide client teams through improvement projects. This role is for someone who is highly relationship-oriented, organized, and outcomes-drivensomeone who can build trust quickly, navigate complexity thoughtfully, and help hospitals move from insight to action with confidence. Strengthen long-term client retention through consistent delivery and measurable value Improve internal coordination across delivery, sales, and leadership teams Help create a consistent, scalable client experience across all engagements Success in this role requires strong ownership, practical problem-solving, thoughtful communication, and a deep commitment to helping rural hospitals succeed.

The Work You Will Focus OnThe primary areas of focus will be:

Client Relationship LeadershipServe as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned rural hospital clients Build trusted relationships with hospital leadership and operational stakeholders Lead regular client meetings, progress reviews, and follow-up conversations Ensure clients feel supported, informed, and confident throughout each engagement Coordinate with state officials on reporting and project progress with participating facilities. Engagement Coordination & Delivery SupportManage engagement timelines, milestones, deliverables, and follow-up actions Coordinate across REDi internal teams to ensure work is delivered accurately and on schedule Track engagement progress and ensure commitments are consistently met Identify and resolve issues that may impact quality, timelines, or client confidence Field-manage teams working with you on delivery of REDis offerings to rural health systems. Insight Translation & Client CommunicationTranslate analytical findings into clear, practical client-facing communication Help hospital leaders understand financial opportunities, recommendations, and operational implications Present insights in a way that is accessible, actionable, and grounded in each hospitals reality Guide clients toward clear next steps that support momentum and measurable progress Train clients on improvement process and drive improvement efforts at client organizationsGuide clients toward clear next steps that support momentum and measurable progress Partnership Growth & ExpansionIdentify opportunities for continued partnership based on client needs, outcomes, and emerging priorities Surface natural expansion opportunities that align with each hospitals financial and operational goals Guide clients toward next-step solutions that build on demonstrated results Partner closely with sales leadership to support thoughtful expansion conversations Ensure smooth transitions between initial engagements and follow-on work Strengthen long-term client relationships through consistency, trust, and follow-through Process Improvement & Internal CollaborationIdentify opportunities to improve engagement workflows and client experience Help refine internal engagement processes and best practices client feedback and operational insights with internal teams Contribute to building repeatable, scalable engagement excellence across REDi Experience That Will Help You Be SuccessfulWere looking for someone who can build strong client relationships while driving execution in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment.

Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant experience Typically 510 years of experience in client success, account management, healthcare consulting, improvement science, project management, or related roles Experience working with hospitals, healthcare systems, or healthcare service organizations strongly preferred Experience training and/or leading improvement projectsStrong relationship management and communication skills Ability to translate complex information into practical, understandable guidance Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities Comfort managing multiple priorities in a remote environment Strong professional judgment and problem-solving skills Experience working with rural healthcare organizations is highly valued Final WordThis role is central to how REDi delivers on its mission.
