YOUR ROLE AS A PROGRAM MANAGER
The Program Manager provide clinical and residential and outreach management training and supervision to staff who work in support services for clients in need of psychiatric services.
REQUIRMENTS
3 years of experience in mental health treatment and or human service-related field with a focus on 24-hour residential treatment 2 years of supervisory or management experience Bachelor's degree in human services, social work, counseling, or related field with an emphasis on mental health treatment is required Master's degree in a mental health field preferred Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for work purposes
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Program policy and procedure implementation and oversight of all residential responsibilities. Monitoring the operations of the home including compliance with licensing and accrediting organizations program treatment implementation Supervision of direct support professionals Support staff with training of person-centered plans Oversight of program administrative processes Hiring, training, and overall management of the home Take advantage of a competitive $60,000 salary, as well as a phenomenal benefit package that includes, Dental, Health and Life insurance.
