This position is located in Fitchburg, MA. The schedule for this position isSunday, Thursday and Friday 3p-11p and Saturday 7a-11p (Double)

Devereux's Devon House program serves co-ed individuals aged 14 to 21 with ASD and IDD, most of whom are non-verbal. With 1:2 staff to students ratio, this program offers a high level of individualized care. The program goal is to teach, coach, and support our individuals to learn daily living skills, coping skills, and social skills while staying active and having fun.

• As an Assistant Program Manager, you will:
• + Be passionate about working with and helping youth.

+ Provide and ensure therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and safe environment. + Collaborate with the Program Manager/Director to create program vision and a positive working environment. + Assist with the planning and implementation of programing for individuals. + Assist with staffing and other aspects of program management as needed. + Possess a high level of organizational and communication skills.
