Teacher/ Mentor Program Facilitator
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience facilitating and providing Induction/Mentoring programs and job-embedded professional development aligned to Title IIA Regulations.
Experience as a public school Administrator; Certified administrator preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Organize, facilitate and provide professional development to new (1st, 2nd, or 3rd year) teachers, and administrators, including meetings, protocol training, topic-focused workshops, seminars, job-embedded coaching, mentoring support, portfolio development, and other activities as determined by the DESE TEQIP, and Title IIA grant.
Facilitate all aspects of the district-wide Induction and Mentoring Program aligned with the Mass Standards for Induction and Mentoring.
Consult, mentor and develop action plans with non-highly qualified teachers for them to attain HQ status a.s.a.p./prior to May 1st
Maintain all records for budgetary and professional development files associated with HQ, Induction/ Mentoring and Title IIA projects.
Other duties as required in order to support the District in attaining and maintaining 100% HQ teachers.
SALARY/HOURLY RATE
Not to Exceed $40,000. (Unit B Per Diem $65.57/hr)
