Join a Dynamic Team as a Program Director for Our Day Program in Lowell, MA! Are you passionate about making a difference in people's lives? Do you have strong leadership skills and a knack for creating positive, engaging environments? We are seeking a dedicated Program Director to oversee our Day Program in Lowell, MA. In this rewarding role, you'll lead a team committed to delivering high-quality services that foster independence and joy for the individuals we serve. What You'll Do:
Lead daily operations across various programs including Day Habilitation, Community-Based Day Supports (CBDS), Employment Services, and ABI Supports. Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards, including documentation, safety, incident management, and billing accuracy. Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing, engaged team through effective hiring, coaching, recognition, and performance management. Foster a positive, innovative workplace culture Cultivate strong relationships with local agencies and referral sources to support program growth and community integration. Ensure compliance with DDS regulations and maintain a safe, inclusive environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum of 3 years of leadership experience overseeing a Day Program or similar setting. Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to motivate and develop staff, while maintaining compliance and quality standards. Passion for supporting individuals with diverse needs and creating an engaging program environment.
