  • Full-time Overview Join our dynamic team as a Customer Engagement Manager specializing in 5G, Fios, and Mobility Sales within the MA & RI regions.

Duties Develop and execute strategic plans to increase customer engagement and sales of 5G, Fios internet, and mobility services in assigned territories Lead business development efforts by identifying new B2B sales opportunities and building lasting relationships with corporate clients and partners Conduct warm calling campaigns to generate leads, follow up on prospects, and nurture existing accounts for continued growth Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that promote product awareness and drive customer acquisition Manage key accounts through proactive communication, tailored solutions, and consistent follow-up to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, analyze customer data, and optimize outreach strategies Provide leadership and training to sales teams by sharing best practices in negotiation, technical sales, and account management techniques Skills Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close complex B2B deals effectively Proven experience in business development and technology sales within telecom or related sectors Excellent communication skills to articulate technical solutions clearly to diverse audiences Expertise in Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms for managing customer relationships and analyzing sales data Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on motivating teams and driving results Sharp analysis skills for market research, competitive analysis, and identifying new growth opportunities Proficiency in marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement efforts Experience with warm calling techniques to establish rapport quickly and convert prospects into loyal customers This role is ideal for motivated professionals eager to shape the future of connectivity services while enjoying a vibrant work environment that values innovation, teamwork, and continuous growth.
