Job Description:
Perform general office and administrative duties for the baseball program. Assist in the equipment room by issuing, collecting, and organizing athletic gear. Maintain equipment inventory and ensure gear is properly stored. Assist coaches with scouting reports and related program materials. Help order, receive, and track supplies needed for team operations.
Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with office software. Strong organizational and communication skills. Dependable and able to maintain confidentiality when appropriate. Work Schedule Days, evenings, and weekends required based on team and departmental needs Flexible availability preferred.
