Now offering a $1,500 sign-on bonus ($750 upon hire and $750 after 6 months of employment) to hired Full Time candidates. The NEEDS Center is a local non-profit organization that provides services to adults with developmental disabilities and we are now hiring House Manager for our Revere residential home! Hourly rate is $25-28 an hour. Schedule includes one weekend shift This is a Full-Time position! In this position you will assist and support adults with developmental disabilities to live as independently as possible while enjoying all aspects of Community Living. Responsibilities include : Serving as a role model for staff in all areas of client programming, client services and professional practice. Supervising Assistant Program Coordinator and Program Specialist staff. Overseeing the day-to-day operation of a residential program. Schedule includes evening and weekend shifts. This position will include being on ratio at least 1 day per week and assisting with the hands-on direct care support of the adults in our care.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree preferred, not required At least 1-2 years of experience working in a residential environment working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities. Supervisory or lead experience Good supervisory and communication (verbal and written) skills. Must have
