Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee staff, daily operations, and youth support in a residential setting. Responsibilities include staff supervision and training, resident behavioral support, facility oversight, documentation compliance, QA reporting, budgeting, and coordination with clinical teams, schools, and case workers. Must maintain knowledge of Oregon Administrative Rules, QRTP, and BRS requirements. Responsibilities
  • Supervise youth and support positive behavior.
  • Oversee daily program operations and staff performance.
  • Coordinate with leadership, clinical teams, schools, and case workers.
  • Ensure safety, documentation compliance, QA oversight, and budgeting.
  • Participate in QRTP meetings and implement resident safety plans. Requirements
  • Knowledge of Oregon QRTP, BRS, and Child Welfare rules.
  • Valid Oregon driver's license and insurance.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings/weekends.
  • Food Handler's License and CPI certification required.
