Jobs › Ware, MA › Program Director Behavioral Health Network Program Director Ware, MA Apply Program Director Description As a Program Director, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing our Family Resource Center, ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed services for children, youth, and families. By leading program operations, maintaining regulatory and contractual compliance, supervising staff, and fostering strong community partnerships, you\'ll help create supportive environments where families can access the resources they need to thrive. What We Offer A mission-driven organization dedicated to supporting children, youth, families, and communities A leadership opportunity to shape and strengthen family-centered programs A collaborative, team-oriented environment with strong supervisory and peer support Ongoing professional development and opportunities for continued clinical growth The ability to make a meaningful impact by strengthening family well-being and community connections Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package What You\'ll Do Oversee daily operations and programming of the Family Resource Center Manage contractual relationships and ensure compliance with all program, state, and funding requirements Serve as the primary liaison with state agencies, including EOHHS and DCF Ensure adherence to ASO guidelines, contractual obligations, and program benchmarks Collaborate with senior leadership to monitor program performance, budgets, expenditures, and outcomes Develop and maintain partnerships with community organizations and agencies Conduct community outreach throughout the catchment area to increase awareness and engagement with FRC services Supervise program staff, including Family Partners and supervisory personnel Conduct trauma-informed assessments for youth and families presenting with Child Requiring Assistance (CRA) concerns Collaborate with families and staff to develop individualized family support plans Provide clinical consultation and guidance to program staff Maintain electronic health records in accordance with agency and state regulations Facilitate groups and family-centered services based on community needs Identify challenges, problem-solve effectively, and communicate key updates to leadership. Who You Are An experienced behavioral health or human services leader with strong clinical and operational expertise Skilled in program management, staff supervision, and community collaboration A trauma-informed professional committed to supporting children, youth, and families An effective communicator who builds strong relationships with families, staff, community partners, and state agencies Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Committed to culturally responsive and inclusive practices that support diverse populations Comfortable using technology, electronic health records, and data to support program effectiveness
Salary:
\$71,000 Qualifications Master\'s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field required LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC licensure required Massachusetts Child & Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) Certification required Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management and staff supervision Experience working with children, youth, and families in community-based settings preferred Familiarity with DCF, EOHHS, and other state agencies required Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation required How to Apply If you\'re ready to make a meaningful impact as part of a dedicated and compassionate team, we\'d love to hear from you.
