Job Description
Job Duties:
Supervise House Supervisors across 4-5 residential homes. Provide leadership and oversight to 50+ direct care staff. Ensure compliance with DDS, CARF, CHD, and other regulatory requirements. Oversee operational budgets and fiscal responsibilities. Support ISP development, implementation, and monitoring. Ensure quality health, safety, and clinical supports. Coordinate staffing, training, and personnel management. Participate in an on-call management rotation and provide after-hours leadership support as needed. Partner with Nursing, Clinical, HR, Recruitment, Compliance, and Quality departments to support program success. Serve as an active member of the Meadows leadership team.Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree preferred Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and leadership skills Demonstrated computer proficiency Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Take advantage of a competitive compensation of $60,000 annually.
