The Training and Rehabilitation Center (TRC) is searching for a dynamic • Program Specialist•who is eager to inspire and empower our participants—adults with a history of acquired or traumatic brain injuries. What You'll Do:
Plan and Execute Engaging Programs :
Craft and implement exciting evening and weekend activities tailored to a small group of participants.
Build Skill-Building Opportunities :
Support and collaborate with your team to create fun and meaningful experiences, from starting a bowling league to hosting dinner outings.
Foster Creativity:
Develop engaging newsletters that feature movie reviews, recipes, and more, allowing participants to share their voices in our community.
Inspire Growth :
Participate in the continued evolution of our programming, utilizing your unique talents to create a vibrant and fulfilling environment for our participants.
Position :
Sunday-Thursday 11:00am-7:00pm
Rate:
$22/hour MAB Community Services offers a comprehensive and flexible benefits package for eligible employees, including but not limited to optional health, dental, and vision insurance, a 403(b) retirement plan, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), and a Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA)

Previous experience working with individuals with brain injuries or in rehabilitation settings is a plus but not mandatory. A team player with excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of leading a small group and inspiring others to participate. Qualifications:
Experience working with individuals with disabilities, particularly brain injuries, is preferred but not required High school Diploma/HiSet Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire clients. Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to helping others achieve their goals. Valid Drivers license
